They can get it for the best price - usually an even better price than we can get even after all that research. We tell Amy what we are thinking about doing (whether we have a very specific idea of where/what we want or we don't even have a specific destination in mind) and she sends us options with cost breakdowns so we can decide which one works best for us. She has always bent over backwards to get us where we want to go, at the price point we need, as well as answering any questions we have. Not to mention her patience with us as we had to cancel and/or replan trips due to the COVID outbreaks over the last 1.5 years. If you are considering using them for your next adventure, stop thinking about it and DO IT. You won't regret it!

We needed a helping hand in planning a trip to Europe we are taking in November. I thought who better to help us than the place we relied on when we booked our honeymoon ten years ago, Pearson's Travel World. One thing that I like about going here is the smell of new leathery luggage that hits you as soon as you walk in. The staff has always greeted me upon entering, even if they are engaged with someone. They are not too pushy but they don't leave you hanging either. When get to the back, the ladies at the front desk of the travel agency are very kind and helpful. They are quick to get you talking with one of the agents. Over the years, I have spoken to a few different people and they each have been extremely accommodating and helpful. Sometimes planning a big trip, like a 10 day to Europe, can be daunting so why not let the pros do it for you. The agent that helped us this time, Chris, found us the best flights possible and he even changed a flight that ultimately didn't work for us the very next day. Overall I am very pleased this place and I will definitely go back to Pearsons's in the future for their service.

Having been to Hawaii before, I knew where I wanted to go and where I wanted to stay. She put an itinerary together and would not share details like what airline or what hotels were on the itinerary. I asked her to change some things and she did. She sent another itinerary but when I asked about details she said she would not give that to me. She only listed a total price and would not talk to me about it. I got the feeling that maybe she was afraid that I would price things and compare but I didn't know for sure. I asked her to change some things again and I never heard from her again. I booked the trip with another travel agent who was glad to share info and details with me. And it was cheaper.

We toured wineries, had walking food tours and saw the sights one expects to see while in Italy, such as the Vatican, Coliseum & Parthenon in Rome; we took a private yacht to the island of Capri, toured the ruins at Pompeii and had a private cooking class with a Michelin starred chef...all seamlessly arranged by Tammy!
