The positive first: The lime mojito was probably the best I've had. The salsa is close to the best in Goldsboro. My son raved over his birria tacos. That was it... 3 things form the entire meal. The wait time from order to receiving food seemed a little long since there was less than a handful of people when we arrived. The guacamole was edible but not as good as it should be. My younger son and I asked for no cheese sauce on the kids burrito and he got it anyway. Tamales are hard to find and to get them with questionable looking ground beef and beans dumped on them was disappointing. They were okay once I scrapped that off. The refried beans were terrible. The rice was okay and the black beans tasted like they came strait from a can. The deal breaker is when the waiter came and told me he made a mistake. He proceeded to tell me he gave another table my ticket and flashed a signed ticket and proceeded to show me their tab that was almost $5 more and asked me if I would just pay their ticket. He kept saying something about him paying the $5 but he was not saying how and I was put on the spot. I asked him to remove a $2 item on that ticket and agreed just to get it over with. He should have reprinted my ticket and dealt with the mistake behind the scenes.

When I paid, just as last time..a $6.50 credit came up for cash app. I asked the cashier, as I did the last time; how do I process this credit. She said she did not know. I paid with a bank card and the info on the pinned said to scan the code, so I did. The cashier who said she didn't know how to process the credit suddenly says I need my cash app card. I said okay and went to get the card. They closed the code out bef9re I came back in, less than 30 seconds and told me that I couldn't scan it because I had already paid She also said that I needed to pay with mr CA card which is obviously wrong because if thats the case then the machine would only produce the credit and present the bar code when CA is the method of payment. Prior to her suddenly knowing how to do it, she was speaking to the other cashier in Spanish. I told her it was rude for her to do so. She smirked and continued to do so. I think she scanned the code to her card the last time and this time. I asked for the supervis9r and ir owner and she said neither was there and she doesn't know the owner, her boss's name. WOW!!. I told her that I would look him up myself. Right before I asked, she was steadily trying to explain how the credit works and how to process it, although she claims ed not to know. I told her repeatedly that I didn't want to talk about it anymore before she stopped talking to me about it. The food is usually good but I'm rating a 1 because of the customer service I received today.
