I asked a lot of off the wall things, but he was patient and made sure I understood the explanation of different types of patios and materials. Before starting the project, he walked me through the plan and introduced me to my project manager, Luis. Luis was great, he kept me updated the whole way, even during the first week when I was out of town. I had no worries and I was able to enjoy my vacation while full on construction was going on at my home. Every crew that came out, roofing, painting, cement, told me what they were there to do and asked if I had any questions before getting started. I also have to mention Blanca in the office, every time I called, she was so friendly and easy to talk to, it was like I'd known her for years. The end result? My patio is beautiful! I was torn between putting money down on a larger home and moving, or building a patio to add square footage for gatherings. I am so happy I went with a new patio instead of the debt of a new home. I had to personally put getting any remodeling and home additions on hold while I cared for my dad for over a year. We talked about my patio dream before he passed in March. From planning, to materials selection, to excavating, building and leveling the paver foundation, each step was carried out with professionalism and attention to detail. The paver placement was "icing on the cake", artistically rendered, with a stabilizing polymer and future sealant to secure and protect thedurable surface. Javier is very easy to work with, and makes a point of keeping the homeowner informed on each step of the work to be done. His work crew was dedicated, efficient and entirely dependable. They respected my property. And I had fun keeping up with their progress. I am posting "in progress" pictures for now. NOTE: Most importantly, these pavers sit on a foundation that was meticulously excavated, filled and graded with several layers of stabilizing materials. And while it is graded for drainage, the entire surface feels like one, solid, level surface. In my yard, and for my purposes, I preferred it to concrete, but needs may vary. Post-project pictures will follow shortly - just as soon as we get the sealant down, and the grass turns a bit more green and growing after our Arctic winter days!

They came out and in one day did all the concrete work that we needed by concreting, where two stalls were in our barn, concreted, the lean too attached to our barn for us to store our tractor and also put in a concrete pad for a propane tank.
