What made Tim and his team stand out to us was their willingness to help us plan a long-distance move, going to great lengths to provide comparative information so we could determine which home best suited our very specific needs. Trying to get funding for the house is an even more cumbersome process. Chad and his team (I always say and his team because although I did interact with Chad a lot, I also worked with several members of his team) made me feel comfortable every step of the way. No question was too big or too small, they would always be more than willing to hop on a call with me and explain anything that I didn't understand; and, they would explain things in a way that I could understand (but not in a condescending "how do you not know this" type of way). I appreciated the fact that when we first started the process, he analyzed different home prices for me, from a home I had my eye on (but would make me house poor) to the home I just closed on (which is 1000x better than the former). Having the different charts and graphs, and seeing what my payments would be, helped me gauge what a realistic budget looked like.
