Hands-down one of the best and most proactive and responsive doctors I have seen in years. Very grateful to have him as a GP

Don't ever believe any of the negative reviews about this physician and his awesome staff. Dr…read more Anderson is very personable, listens to everything you say and takes the time to discuss treatments and medications. He's always guided me to the very best of health practices. Eddie, his scribe, is also quite approachable and always takes the time to listen then enter your concern/s into their database so that the doctor can follow up with you. If Dr. Anderson sends you out for lab work, you can rest assured that he will personally contact you within a few days to follow-up and discuss your lab work with you. He's up to date with new medications and treatments and if he needs to refer you to a specialist he takes the time to explain why he needs you to go. His front office staff, including the super Maria, answers your call promptly and professionally. I had the occasion of missing a prescription as the pharmacy messed it up and Maria handled it adroitly. His other office staff also treats you as a patient overwhelmingly professional and courteous, as I've never ever had any problems with them despite the fake reviews I've read. So, if you are seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable medical group, then Dr. Anderson and his staff deserve your call.

Probably one of the worst urgent care experiences I've had. I would never come back here unless…read moreevery other local urgent care was closed. Their appointment system literally makes zero sense and the front desk / nurse staff the day I came was so incompetent I was almost scared to be seen here. The saving grace and why I bumped them up at least one star is the doctor was lovely and personable, but by the time I got to her the damage had been done... First off, as others have documented do not believe that they genuinely have "appointments" and they should just scrap this whole system. When I called to see how long the wait time was, I was told without an appointment the wait was about 30 minutes (which isn't even bad) - however they recommended I make an appointment so that I could be seen sooner, seemed like an absolute win if they were already saying the wait time was 30 minutes without an appointment, so I assumed with an appointment you were seeing probably immediately or at least within 15 minutes, so I made an appointment over the phone. When I walked in, it was extremely busy and I learned after sitting there that 90% of the people waiting also had an "appointment." I found out the girl working the front desk was also floating as a nurse so I can say they were understaffed as someone who is working the front desk likely shouldn't also be taking clients in the back.... this girl was "nice" but it also seemed like it was her first day on the job... at check-in she just gave me papers without instructions and has zero communication skills. I could tell a lot of people interacting with her could tell she was a little bit off and not super professional. Also, in my time waiting to get called in a lot of people ended up becoming agitated with her because it seemed like no appointment times were respected and people were questioning why she had given certain wait times etc. She had no legitimate answer that made sense. Despite having this so-called "appointment" I didn't get called to be seen in the back for an hour and a half..... remember I was told without an appointment The wait time was 30 minutes. Super crazy and unprofessional. They really just need to scrap the appointment thing because it's kind of insulting for people to pretend this is OK. All in all I was there about two hours. An hour and a half to make it to the back and a quick interaction with the doctor to be out at the two hour mark. The final part that pissed me off is when I was leaving, I asked the girl at the front for a printout of my paperwork now that I was able to check out... Despite there still being clients, the front desk girl/nurse told me she had already logged out of the system for the day...I was polite but told her if she has customers/patient still there why would she shut down the system, knowing people need their documentation? She didn't again give me an answer, but just said she would turn the system back on which kept me waiting another 15 minutes. I got my paperwork and left. The doctor again was great and very empathetic, thank goodness for that experience because overall it was a pretty icky place to be when you're really sick given the unprofessionalism and lack of structure at this urgent care....I hope I don't ever have to come back here, but I'm thankful at the minimum I got some medication that I needed and a diagnosis from a caring doctor.

I have always received top notch care and treatment by everyone I have come in contact with. Of course there were times I had to wait a bit longer than I wanted too. But in all fairness, there have been multiple times that I was also given more time than I am sure is allotted. I've never felt rushed, overlooked or dismissed. My calls have always been returned and I've not had any issues with prescriptions. Perhaps a bit of patience and understanding should be considered, these Doctors, PA's MA's and staff are extremely overworked. Especially with the pandemic. As for being upset for them not being open at 11:55 am, when they are closed for lunch from 12:00-1:00. Are you serious. If you think 6 friggin minutes is a fair amount of time to see a dr.... You're out of your mind & at the wrong type of office.

I went in after being diagnosed with pneumonia, i had been taking antibiotics and was not contagious, i still took precautions, i wore a mask & sanitized my hands before touching anything. I had to cough but tried to do it the least possible, there was only 1 other patient in the lobby, as i got called in and after checking my weight i was walking towards the waiting room and the front office staff whispered something, laughing they started spraying Lysol. I felt really bad, talking to the doctor about my illness i tried to let it go and didn't say anything. After i had to finish my paperwork back in the lobby and couldn't stop feeling terrible for their behavior, i couldn't hold my tears back and the feeling of being humiliated like that. I got up to turn in my paperwork and i said to the person at the front desk " when we come to a doctors visit clearly we are not at out best, right now i feel terrible and for you to do what you did to humiliate me was not right" she denied doing it but im sure there are cameras in there to prove what i said happened. I ended up walking away. I called my insurance to complain but the staff once again denied everything. I had to switch Doctors, i will not be returning or recommending this office.
