My younger one is absolutely terrified of vets, and they're so gentle and slow with him. They let him take all the time he needs and are great about talking to you before they do anything, figuring out the best approach, and doing whatever is best for the dog. Especially Amanda. We love Amanda! Another bonus is that they have several great vets on staff. They're able to specialize in different things and collaborate with each other so they can cover all their bases. My young dog even got a specialized procedure from their orthopedic surgeon. He would have had to wait months for an appointment with a specialist somewhere else. All around, they're super accommodating, kind, and will take their time to get things right and make sure everyone's comfortable. That's the most important thing to me for a vet.

He did not listen to my advice and ended up getting bitten. As a result, the poor cat, who was already traumatized, had to be quarantined for ten days, adding to his trauma. Then, on top of that, he was only given a 1 year rabies shot so next year he will have to go through it all over again.

We then asked about scheduling for the following week and were told there were no openings then either. She was very rude and inconsiderate of the situation. In addition, we noticed that the clinic has significantly increased its fees. According to the pricing posted on the door, a walk-in visit now costs $90.00, and several other fees have also increased. As longtime customers, this experience left us feeling that the focus has shifted more toward generating revenue than providing timely care and support for loyal clients and their beloved pets. When a pet is sick, owners want to feel confident that their veterinary clinic will do everything possible to help.

Our dog was in severe, life-threatening respiratory distress-wheezing, coughing violently, hacking up foam, and unable to stand. We have nationwide insurance through PetsBest that covers 80% of his care, which includes an emergency direct-pay hardship form that wires the covered balance within 3 to 5 days. For weeks, the front staff neglected to send our dog's historical files to the insurance company, lying about the dates they sent them and telling us it was too much of a 'hassle' to fill out.When we physically carried our limp dog into the clinic today, the veterinarian looked at him, heard what her staff had put us through, and promised us on her word that she would accept our insurance form and treat him. Wiped out financially, I scraped together our last pennies, and my mother selflessly provided the remaining 20% co-pay ($125).Minutes after paying, the doctor called us back, sounding incredibly nervous. She reneged on her medical word. She admitted that the clinic was no longer run by locals-it had been bought out by a corporation, and her corporate payment director was refusing the insurance form. They demanded the full balance completely upfront, handed us useless medication we already owned, pocketed our last $125 for a 2-minute 'glance,' and forced us to wheel my suffocating dog back out to the car.They do not care about animals; they care about corporate margins and profit quotas. They left a suffocating dog to die because signing a piece of paper for verified insurance funds was a 'hassle.'
