Day of our wedding, Sarah was exactly what I needed. She was the epitome of calm, cool and collected. Sarah brought down the high stress levels and had us feeling comfortable in no tome! Once we were relaxed, she had us laughing the whole time. I stubbornly wanted outdoor portraits (November wedding - low 40 degrees) and Sarah didn't bat an eye. She took an overcast day with drab fall/winter trees and made photographic magic! During the event, she was completely in the mix yet not at all intrusive which I loved and a few guests complimented as well! We were blow away at all of the emotions she was able to capture. She was super quick to share a few key photos right after the wedding and shared the whole gallery with us much faster than anticipated! Thank you thank you thank you Sarah!

From the start, Kat was very professional and understood how important the cherry blossoms were to us for the photoshoot - so much so, that she went the extra mile to check out the cherry blossoms a week in advance of scheduled shoot and let us know about the peak blooms. She made us feel comfortable during the photoshoot the whole time and knew of the exact locations to go to (Bow Bridge, Bethesda Fountain, also some other peak cherry blossom trees). Highly recommend working with Kat and we would 100% hire her again.

From the very beginning, Vickie and Joe were extremely professional and personable to work with. Joe traveled to Philadelphia for our engagement photoshoot. My husband and I wanted some fun couple photos in the city we love (where we met). Joe made us feel very comfortable and captured beautiful, candid moments. He's truly an artist! After seeing the results of that day, my husband and I were so excited to work with Joe and his wife Vickie on our wedding day. We got married on June 23, 2019 in New Jersey. With this being the first wedding in both of our families, we greatly appreciated Vickie's suggestions throughout the planning process and incorporated them into creating the perfect wedding day schedule! We had a multicultural wedding, and Vickie and Joe did an AMAZING job capturing all the meaningful details. A few of our favorite moments included: reading love letters we wrote to each other, our first look before the ceremony, and sneaking away before cake cutting for a nighttime photo session. As we look back at our photos and highlight video, we are simply in awe of their work! Vickie and Joe are so thoughtful in their approach and perfectly captured all the emotions and subtle expressions of the day! We cannot thank them enough for helping us create memories that will last a lifetime!!

From the moment they arrived, they brought such an amazing energy and vibe to our wedding day. They were incredibly professional while also being so friendly, fun, and easy to be around, which made us feel comfortable in front of the cameras all day. They knew exactly which moments to capture and made sure they got all of the shots that mattered to us, from the big moments to all of the little ones in between. You can tell they genuinely care about their work and about making the experience special for their couples. One of the absolute highlights was our same-day edit. It was AMAZING. It was emotional, romantic, beautifully put together, and honestly everything I had hoped it would be. Watching it during our wedding and getting to relive the day while we were still in the middle of it was such a special experience. They completely understood the feeling and vision we wanted. It was also such a fun bonus that Glenn and the team are Filipino too! Being Filipino myself, it made the experience feel even more personal, and they fit right in with my family and brought such a great energy to the day. We already know they captured our day beautifully, and we seriously cannot wait to see all of our photos, videos, and everything else they created. I rarely write negative reviews, but after this experience, I feel a responsibility to warn other…read morecouples. MPW was, without question, the most disappointing vendor we worked with for our wedding. Their work reflects complacency and a lack of professionalism that is difficult to comprehend given their reputation. I strongly advise against hiring them for your wedding. On the morning of our wedding, the team rushed every moment, creating unnecessary stress. During the reception, the issues escalated significantly. We paid a substantial amount for a same-day edit, which they repeatedly promised would be ready "in five minutes." This delay continued for over 90 minutes. As a result, the DJ stopped the music multiple times in anticipation of the video entrance, and approximately 90-95% of our 400 guests believed the reception had ended and began leaving. This completely disrupted and ultimately ruined our reception. Several months later, we received the final edited video, which was expected timing-wise. However, the quality was shocking. The video showed severe technical and artistic failures: the camera focused on a guest's armpit during the ceremony, excessive lens flares blocked the screen during our first dance, and extended shots included the photographer's bald spot instead of the couple. Additionally, important screen presentations prepared by my wife's family were entirely missed. When we contacted MPW to express that the video was unacceptable, a team member accidentally replied to our email in Filipino rather than internally. After translating the message, it stated that it was "the worst video he has ever seen" and that "the guy they hired was terrible." This confirmed our concerns about the quality of the work and internal oversight. We requested corrections, after which MPW sent a revised edit. Unfortunately, they only changed the presentation slides (after we provided the files again) and added excessive fade-to-black transitions. It was clear the video had not been fully reviewed. In multiple scenes, their crew can be seen sitting in the background or not paying attention to framing, with people walking through shots--further demonstrating a lack of care and professionalism. I then sent a detailed email with timestamps outlining every issue. Despite this still being the first proper revision, we were repeatedly reminded of their policy that additional edits cost extra. Each revision fixed one issue while introducing another, creating the impression that the process was intentionally prolonged to justify charging for additional edits. After 14 months of ongoing communication, we finally received the completed video. However, the raw footage--part of our agreement--was not included. We had to follow up again before it was finally delivered. At this point, we will need to hire another editor simply to produce a watchable and respectful wedding film. This experience included a rushed wedding morning, unacceptable filming angles, missed key moments, a severely delayed same-day edit that disrupted our reception, and over a year of exhausting back-and-forth. I do not enjoy writing reviews like this, and I am generally very understanding of human error. However, the level of negligence and lack of accountability we experienced was unacceptable. I would not want any other couple to go through this. Please learn from our experience and avoid this company. I only posted 3 screenshot from the first video but have many more
