The worst customer service.
I collected a set of new frames that both only had one eye with the correct prescription and the other eye was so wrong is was fully blurry. And I was given both frames in generic Jennings boxes when one of them should have been in a designer box.
Had to go back for a second test for the new lenses to be too strong and gave me sever headaches the likes of which I had never experienced. They asked me to come back for a 3rd test which I declined because 2 tests was more than enough in my opinion and requested my original prescription from 2 years ago be put into my new frames. Dropped them off.
And when my partner collected them they gave them back without the boxes.
Not only was all off this frustrating in general but the customer service from their front desk staff was extremely unhelpful, sour and rude.
Not to mention the fact that it's a pandemic and we are supposed to keep our contacts to a minimum. In the space of 2 months, I still have not got my frames and boxes at home after spending a small fortune.
