It's the perfect place for a Sunday relax day which we were doing. We had a little snack in the cafe as well before leaving and they have a nice selection of foods and desserts. We always make an afternoon of a visit over here to include stocking up on the garden bits and a few odds and ends for the house. We have always had excellent advice from the staff a the prices while not the cheapest are reasonable and the quality of the plants is always top drawer. So why the docking of two stars? The restaurant. Don't get me wrong, the food itself is actually very good both in terms of quality and the selection they have available. However, on two occasions now I have been told I can't have a roast beef sandwich because 'they can't do that'. Why not? You have bread, you have beef! 'Yes, well you see we don't do that.' I've asked 3 times and got one once - it was delicious but I take exception to petty jobsworths and so dock the points.
