Exceptional Professionalism and Unparalleled Service:…read more From the moment I walked into Christie's Lighting Gallery, I was greeted with a warm smile and welcoming energy from Angela Salahshurian. Despite my brisk demeanor and explicit expression of needing no assistance, Angela remained nothing short of a consummate professional. Instead of being put off by my curt ways, Angela responded with grace and understanding, making it known that she was there to help if needed but giving me the space, I desired. Her tactful approach allowed me to browse freely and at my own pace without feeling the pressure often associated with a sales environment I learned so much about lighting a room and design elements. Thank you, Angela, for turning my quick walkthrough into a memorable shopping experience. I look forward to future visits to Christie's Lighting Gallery. Doreen Tanenbaum

Although not listed anywhere on the paperwork or order we were told it does appear on the website. Crazy policy, as how is it possible to determine if the item is acceptable prior to receiving it.
