We did not know much about planning the shoot so she really held our hands with respect to what we should wear, how our hair/makeup should be and how we should pose (of course). The thing we liked most about Darlene was how "at ease" she put us during what otherwise could have been very awkward shoots. The poses for professional headshots feel awkward unless a kind, friendly, personable person is walking you through the experience.
