She communicated well to us and had a delious batch of chocolate chip cookies and ice water waiting. (for the extremely warm newborn room) Her booklet for us to browse through was sitting there too. Very professional , yet warm and inviting. She got our baby boy ready and kept him comfortable as he dozed. She captured some really amazing shots of our little , yet 9lb baby. She suggested poses for all of us , yet I felt comfortable requesting my own thoughts to get her opinion on. She knew her lighting , what would work and turn out well , before putting her eye on the camera. Being a post partum mom , swollen and tired (and showing it too!!) she captured angles that were flattering for me, which I appreciated greatly. Overall, I was very happy with how each picture turned out, precious. We also did our family photo shoot (with Baby reveal to other kids) and maternity shoot. Despite dealing with multiple people , outfit changes, kids attitudes, etc she handled us very well! She was open to my ideas and willing to give hers. She paid attention to detail. Correcting hair, dresses , shoulder placement if anything was not to her standard. I appreciate this as well! I was thrilled with the beginning to end results in all three of our shoots with Jenny.
