Margaret's organization, attention to detail, and negotiation skills far exceeded all of the others we worked with. Margaret is an expert in this area and was able to provide us with confidence, guidance, and market insight while we got our house ready to sell. She worked with us for eight months in advance of the sale in order to help us get ready. Her network is full of people who think she is the best in the business, and are willing to help out her clients. She hired a fantastic photographer to Since we were only moving across town, she was conscientious of our time restrictions and personal cost and helped us schedule back to back closings for both house transactions. If we ever have to move again, I would definitely hire Margaret, and I would definitely recommend her to all of my friends.
