My only complaint was the entitled woman who allowed her 2 older children (maybe 10 and 12) to mix up the various crystals and stones in the baskets and did not make them fix it before they left. It was a mess. When I opened Yelp to share my experience, I was shocked to come across so many comments from people leaving bad reviews because they don't have accountability for their children's behaviors in public and instead blame the business. Wow. Just wow. I don't know how anyone could think taking children into a store like this is a good idea. As a customer who witnessed children acting poorly in this store, I cannot believe the audacity of these parents. Think about other customers too, on top of the employees you're affecting. I'll definitely be back in and hopefully the entitled parents will get a clue and take some accountability. Your children are your responsibility.
