This post is long over due but I wanted to share my amazing experience with Dr. Jennifer Eli. I am probably the most terrified person of dentists to the point where it's RIDICULOUS! I just have had unfavorable encounters with dentists and I am always In search of the perfect dentist and I found Dr. Eli through a friend that happens to be her dental hygienist, David. (Who is excellent at his job btw). Everyone in the office is so nice, caring and thoughtful. I felt super comfortable each time I visited which was several times or more because I haven't been to the dentist in a long time due to my FEAR! But there was nothing to worry about. Dr. Eli was gentle and took care of what needed to be fixed. I highly recommend Eli Family Dentistry as one of the BEST dentists I have ever been to and I have been to a lot! What a true professional. My family and most of my neighborhood has been going to her for almost 8 years. She how has a new location in Lake Forest. Her and her staff goes out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. Every experience I have had has been pain free. She always follows up with a phone call to make sure that I am doing well. After dealing with pushy salesmen instead of dentists, in other offices throughout my life ( and terrible service), I had found a great one, Dr. Barsoum, in Upland. Well, after relocating to OC I hoped I could find someone great again. And I have. Dr. Eli's office was nothing but outstanding in a recent first visit. My son had a cleaning done and he had good things to say about the experience. The front office lady was very sweet and helpful. Great attitudes everywhere. Now that's the way to do business. Jennifer Eli is the best dentist! The office has such a great vibe. It is super clean and the people are really nice. You get to pick your own music to listen to, and then she sings or hums while she cleans your teeth! Ok once again a visit to the dentist office was fun, yes I said fun. I don't know if they are this great with everyone or only people who are cool. Just kidding. I've only been in twice and they aleady know my name without looking at a file, at least in front of me, which means they prepare for their clients. They also had my music playing that I requested last time and a warm neck pillow waiting for me. Umm, am I in a dentist office or a salon. I don't care I was comfortable and calm. My hygentist was David and he was very nice and taught me some new things about teeth and the nerves that surrond them. I can't wait to go back and see what else they can teach me. Oh and the dentist isn't bad either. She's an excellent Dr and seems to be a wonderful person to work for. When I get back from vacation I might even share some wine with these wonderful people. Absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in the door I was immediately captivated by the serene ambiance and positive energy in the room. Dr. Eli and her assistant Betty greeted me by name almost immediately upon entering, and without a wait, guided me to the room and proceeded with a thorough examination. The interview process was pleasant and humorous. They showed a genuine interest in getting to know me and making me comfortable. The professionalism and thorough attention to detail surpassed all my expectations and they were very receptive to my every need. I never knew this level of customer service even existed! If you're looking for an excellent dental practice, you just found it! We were forced to change dentists, after our dentist of 25 yrs retired. We tried 2 other dentists and just weren't impressed but then Dr. Eli was recommended to us...woo-hoo! She is personable, professional, skilled, and gentle. She just completed a crown for me and I was very pleased w/her technique (numbing was a breeze), she confirmed I was remaining comfortable throughout the work, and even personally called me (didn't ask her staff to do it) the following day, to check on me. Her hygenist, Gina, is fabulous with teeth cleanings, very gentle, and has a sweet personality. 'B' who is the person behind the warm smile that greets you when you arrive, is so helpful w/insurance questions and scheduling appointments. I seriously cannot rave enough about literally everyone here. I got new insurance and was looking for a new dentist. After searching Yelp I came across Eli Family Dentistry and I thought I'd give it a shot and I'm SO GLAD I did. B answered the phone when I called and was seriously the sweetest thing. When I got there they were so welcoming and friendly. Morgan did my X-rays and talked to me the whole time. When I met Dr.Eli she treated me as if we'd known eachother forever. They really treat you like family here, and not to mention are extremely quick and efficient in getting work done. I had a filling and was in and out within like 40 minutes tops.
