I did my gum graft and crown here, and both were fantastic experiences. When I had an issue after my gum graft, they squeezed me in asap to get me checked out. And with my crown, the fact that I can get my crown made and put in on the same day was so convenient. Even the basic dental cleanings were always efficient and done with detail. And then they started to upsell and push a $1,200 cleaning... They were justifying the claim that they look out 5 to 10 years out, also saying they can't do a full cleaning since it will impact the quality of the future specialized cleaning and after they report to insurance I would be locked out and not able to be covered for it in the future if I did not do it today it would be more expensive later over $2k. So of course cleaning was really rushed. I went to my old dentist a month after and they said it looked like my teeth were not cleaned or polished since they last saw me. I sent the X rays/imaging from the visit to a dentist friend and they said it was a very extreme solution for something that can be managed with personal routine changes. They are entitled to their opinion and how they operate as a business nothing against them. This is a heads up if you decide to go in.

The second fell off and she had ground it so low they were almost unable to fix it. I bit my tongue and agreed to it as i expected the hygienist to be in my best interest. No. I received a standard cleaning, just charged more for the hygienist's trouble. You could see the stark visible annoyance at my apparent lack of dental hygiene. Fast forward a year and the same shady dealings were passed to the rest of my family. Mind you, my father is a retired government employee with Blue Shield Blue Cross PPO with extensive dental history... But apparently, extra costs must be incurred to treat his ever so rotting mouth.
