On my last visit, I was so anxious that before we even got started, Dr. Mostofi took the time to sit with me, talk me through my fears, and make me feel genuinely supported. That alone set him apart. During the procedure, the vibration from the drill became too overwhelming, and I stopped him -- not once, not twice, but eight times. Every single time, without a hint of frustration, he stopped, checked in with me, and waited until I was ready to continue at my own pace. His patience and compassion were extraordinary. By the eighth stop, rather than pushing through, he came up with a thoughtful plan: he rescheduled my appointment, prescribed Valium to help me relax the night before and the morning of the procedure, and suggested I swap my regular AirPods for noise-canceling headphones to block out the sounds that were triggering my anxiety. The difference was night and day. When I came back, we got through the entire procedure smoothly and comfortably. I left that chair feeling proud of myself -- and that's entirely because of the care and creativity Dr. Mostofi brought to my situation. The office staff deserves just as much praise. They are warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. I cannot recommend this office highly enough. TL:DR - Dr Mahran should be your new dentist!…read more I dislike going to the dentist about as much as anyone else does and was dreading having to find a new one after my last dentist (who I had been seeing for over a decade) suddenly stopped taking my insurance. I called Dr Mahran's office and was able to be seen super quickly. I went in for what I thought was going to be a routine new patient consultation but ended up feeling like I'd just stumbled across an absolute gem of a Dr. and her staff. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for. Turns out I needed to have a crown replaced which they were able to schedule me for a week later. I also mentioned I was allergic to my previous dentist's numbing gel but couldn't remember what brand it specifically was. They went out of their way to give me several Q-Tip samples of the numbing gel they use so I could do a skin test at home to see if I'd react to it. I did end up being allergic to the gel and had to get the numbing shots for my crown replacement without it. Dr. Mahran and her staff did such an amazing job through the whole process and were constantly checking on me to make sure I was numbed enough and not in pain. They even gave me a couple stress balls to squeeze in case the shots hurt too much (they were a breeze). I just chilled and watched a nature documentary while they worked away (their patient chairs have TVs with Netflix on them!). I honestly couldn't be happier with my treatment and I know when I go back in a couple weeks, I'll have another great experience.

He is really good at explaining things throughout the course of the visit and procedure, and that gives me confidence of the hows and whys of the work he's doing. They also do everything they can to get you in and out as quickly as possible. I have never found myself waiting around either in the waiting room or in one of the exam rooms. Recently I came in because I had unexpectedly cracked a tooth. They were able to fit me in last minute and get me fitted for a temporary crown right away. The process took some time, but that's understandable. Dr. Tran did a great job of making sure I was calm and pain free during the whole process. I really appreciate it. They used what appeared to be top of the line equipment the whole time so I was quite confident that the crown would come in just right. When I returned a few weeks later to have it put in, the process was super quick, even when it turned out the crown was a bit bigger than it was supposed to be. Once again, Dr. Tran did a wonderful job of making sure I was comfortable and that once the crown was in that it fit properly and wouldn't cause any issues down the road. This was my first major oral procedure and the whole time I felt calm which is very unlike me when it comes to any procedure. I thank Dr. Tran and team for that completely. I'm a patient for life after all of this. I just hope I don't ever need an emergency crown put in for the rest of my life.

He takes his time and does not rush his work like some other dentists that just rush rush rush so they can see more patients - Dr. Chris does quality work and it shows. Some of the fillings he put on the outside of my teeth, I can't even tell which tooth he worked on because the filling he put looks just the same as my tooth! Dr. Chris goes over and above as well - I've emailed him outside of my office visit asking him questions and he responds to my email with thorough details and has even called me to discuss if it is too much to write in an email. Dr. Chris' wife, Serena, is the office manager, and she is very kind and personable and always flexible and willing to help out as much as possible. She follows up with appointments well and runs the office and keeps it clean - the office and practice is VERY clean and I always feel comfortable during any visit.
