Dr. Michelle Eng and her entire staff are incredibly personable and welcoming. Dentist offices typically make me a little uneasy, just from past experiences as a child that left me emotionally traumatized but I didn't get that uneasy feeling when I came in for my appointment at her office, and I didn't feel as though she was telling me I needed unnecessary work done. I would absolutely not go back if this was my first visit. I would give a zero star if it allowed me. The hygienist that worked on me was okay on one side of my mouth and then made my other side bleed on the top, bottom, front and back. I was not even seen by the dentist. Dr. Michelle Eng has been my dentist for over 20 years. She has replaced my old silver fillings, done a couple of crowns, and maintaned my smile during that time. Most recently, it has become necessary for me to do Invisalign as my teeth have begun to move dramatically, Fearful of going through the process of braces again, she has been reassuring and kind throughout the process. I am seven months in, and couldn't be happier with the results so far. What makes Dr. Michelle stand out is her incredible attention to detail, her gentle reassuring manner, and her desire to make sure that each patient is getting the highest level of care. A perfectionist, her work is meticulous. She has also been very sensitive to my heightened "gag reflex" and always checks to make sure I am okay during every visit or procedure. Omg! I was laughing during a not fun root canal procedure. Michelle truly cares about the patient bcuz I've been to dentists that just poke your check quickly to numb you faster. Michelle added numbing cream to my gums, then very slowly, I think she took like a min or 2 dispensing the numbing into my check, which I dislike needles and I did NOT feel it at all! Then I thought I had brought my headphones (which I did they were in my bag but I couldn't find them bcuz I have a mess, found them at home) but they let me borrow headphones and turned on some Netflix show on their screen!!! I was watching a home makeover show and cracking up bcuz the hosts were funny! Watching the show, distracted me from what they were doing and she said I sat pretty well. I also was waiting bcuz we didn't have dental insurance which ours sucked hahah! (Don't wait for dental insurance and wait for your teeth to get worse like i did) So since I couldn't afford everything, they gave me different options as to go about with payment. They also have a payment plan too that you can sign up for, which I believe was 12-18 months interest free (or something really close to that.) I will be going back in a few weeks and can honestly say, the dentist wasn't so bad. They work Mon-Thurs which is probably why everyone there was so helpful, sweet, and very accommodating. read more

I had Dr. Eng do laser treatment for my snoring issue. For me, it was a breeze. It was painless with minimal numbing involved. No cutting just pure laser treatment. Total procedure took about 45 mins. Definitely minimal invasive. My wife says my snoring was at a 10 but after the first treatment it's down to a 4.. I can breathe better, sleep through the night and my wife gets her sleep as well. Definitely will recommend Dr. Eng'e sleep treatment to my I don't usually write reviews but this is my second 5 star review for Dr. Michelle Eng since my first one was pushed back to Not Recommended. I'm also including a picture of her office signage as proof I was actually here. I'm back for my second treatment for my snoring issues. Since my initial visit, I went from a snoring level of 10 down to about a 4. I definitely can breathe better after my treatment, but my gf says my snoring is much more quieter and bearable. She no longer feels she needs to sleep in another room to get a good nights sleep. Dr. Michelle Eng also did the Ozone Treatment for me. This procedure was painless and quick. Just stuck a tube up my nostril and breathed in the Ozone solution. This cleared up any lingering particles in my nose. Within minutes I was breathing super clear. Now I don't have to breathe out of my mouth as much. I sleep better and snore way less thanks to Dr. Michelle Eng.
