By chance, we met Kevin while trying to view a home we found on Trulia and searching for a trustworthy realtor. From our first call, Kevin made us feel at ease. From day one, Kevin provided us with a packet outlining every step of the process, which was incredibly helpful and reassuring. He took the time to sit down with us, listen carefully to our needs, and understand exactly what we were looking for in a new home. We toured several houses together, and throughout, Kevin was patient, knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Each meeting was educational, and Kevin consistently reminded us not to hurry--reassuring us that the right home would come along. Kevin's dedication to ensuring our decisions were well thought-out made all the difference. Even after closing, we felt fully supported and well informed throughout the entire process and beyond. Kevin and the SKP team checked in to make sure we were settling in well and made his entire team available if we needed anything. We truly appreciated his guidance, honesty, and the genuine care he showed for our best interests. We wouldn't hesitate to work with Kevin again in the future, and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and caring realtor. SKP team has been wonderful. Our experience was nothing but positive--we gained a wonderful new home, valuable information, a great resource, and a friend. We are very grateful for everything Kevin has done for us!

Alyssa was not only our realtor, but she was an excellent tour guide. She took the time to explain each city/area as she drove us around (she brought us snacks too!) Prior to our arrival, she requested we provide her with a list of prospective houses and she took us to each house. She did not rush us and she asked questions to see why we chose to look at those houses. At the end of the day, we did not find a house from our list, but Alyssa was paying attention to what we were looking for the entire time. She asked if she could show us a house, we agreed. We pulled up to the house and it was perfect! We went inside and fell in love! We saw the house online, but scrolled past it because the pictures did it no justice, but the house was exactly what we were looking for! We went back to San Diego happy we found our house, we made an offer. Alyssa was there with us every step of the way making sure we understood culture and house buying in Washington so we did not lose our home to someone else. She asked us our thoughts and then advised us, she was everything and more. We were happy with our offer and we got the home! We had issues securing a lender, not anything on our behalf our Alyssa's. After 2 lenders fell through, I called Alyssa crying because I was afraid we were going to lose our home. She told me that I was done driving, and she had the wheel. That same day, she secured us a lender who had us closed in a week! I just thank God for Alyssa, she even got us in the home prior to closing (we rented from the sellers). I contribute all of that to the business relationships she has with others, because the seller's agent was very understanding and worked with us the entire time. They could have walked away after 3 lenders, but they didn't. I can tell Alyssa loves what she does, it is her passion and not just a job. She is a good person to have on your team and as your real estate agent whether buying, renting, or new to the area! She is a true friend and professional and I look forward to referring my friends her way! I love you Alyssa!

I have worked with many realtors in the past and have a lot to compare her to. She also has an amazing network to help with moving and new home ownership. She is strategic in her planning performing networking to ensure other realtors know a home will be added to the market. As a result of her efforts, we received a full asking price offer within 12 hours of our house being on the market (following the first open house). Even being out of state, Mrs. Brenda Romero proved to be trustworthy, checking frequently on our home and reporting any concerns. Following a bad windstorm, she assisted us to find a reputable roofer to repair some damage and served to be our onsite representative until the work was completed. After our initial conversation with her, we didn't expect to move forward with the home buying process so soon, but we did. I truly appreciated how people centered, passionate, and incredibly knowledgeable she is about the process. She made us feel completely comfortable asking questions and helped us clearly understand what the home buying journey would look like. Liz never made us feel rushed or pressured into anything. She truly respected our pace and guided us with patience and understanding every step of the way. Since my finance and I currently live in Los Angeles, Liz took her time to tour several homes that we were interested in. All of the videos she sent to us were extremely thorough and informative which made our process easier. It felt like we were actually there although we were miles away. We really appreciate Liz for taking the time to record and share the tours with us while giving us her opinion on things that stood out to her that were concerning. This is something we would not have been able to pick up on since we were not present. Liz really listened to what we were looking for in a home and she delivered. We cannot recommend her enough! She is truly an AMAZING agent to work with. We're beyond thankful for Liz and The Porchlight Group. If we ever decide to buy another home in the future, we are absolutely going back to her! Being in Las Vegas but looking for a place in Seattle and not knowing ANYONE or where or how to even begin the process. I used YELP for what is here for...to find businesses and read reviews. I searched Realtors and started to read reviews. After reading several reviews I knew I wanted to go with a smaller vs. a bigger company (where they might hand you off to whoever or you get lost in the shuffle). SOOOOO glad I went with Liz! I really believe that things happen for a reason and people come into your life for a reason. From the first time I spoke to her she had a great energy and vibe and I knew she was going to be a hustler. I was already impressed from the get go! In the beginning I explained what my husband and I were looking for, (which I thought were pretty strange requests criteria...because this condo was going to be used for our employee, it needed to be within a certain proximity, near the airport and within our budget). Liz just rolled with it and got on it. I think it was that night or the next we were already Facetiming a property we were interested in...that's how quickly she was on it! BTW she gives great video commentary and is thorough and honest with her review of the places. Not being there and actually seeing something in person for such a large purchase is kind of scary, but it truly was a great experience that I wasn't expecting. She listened and cared about our opinions and was never pushy. So right now the market is CRAZY!! We put in about 3-4 offers starting in February and kept getting outbid by cash offers and waiving everything. Finally we found something that was perfect for us and had keys and were moving in on April 8! We got to do a little fixer upping (Liz helped with finding a contractor) and was able to pick out flooring, paint and light fixtures, to our liking, all for asking price (seller was throwing in some $). BEYOND impressed with Liz and her team! From start to finish and all throughout the process Liz always kept in touch and updated with what was going on. Almost daily emails with new listings or possible places then following up with which ones we were interested in seeing. She was ON TOP of it! Not sure how she keeps it all straight because you will feel as if you are her only client (which I know we weren't), with how dedicated and on top of it she is. She was very knowledgeable, patient, kind, generous and helpful in SO MANY WAYS! You will NOT regret choosing her and her team to buy or sell your home!
