I started going to Dr. Jenkins-Monroe many years ago and I haven nothing but good to report. I started seeing her while on my first job after college. I was around a bunch of Karens, they didn't have such a name back then and it was rough. I got in trouble for saying hi, for making suggestions and for trying to do my best to fit into the org. No more. Dr. Jenkins Monroe was very helpful with that. She got a chance to study and work outside of the country and went to Africa to do so.
I stopped seeing her and returned after my father's death and again, she had a lot of good insight. She listened, didn't pity, didn't feel sorry for, didn't look down on me and that felt good. I'd recommend her to anyone. Her clientele was varied from high powered business folks, to teenagers, to lost post collegiate students trying to figure out life. She's absolutely fantastic! read more
