I had a very complex case with lots of work to be done, to restore my smile. My teeth were frail, brittle and broken. He made a plan and we worked as a team to restore my smile and my confidence. Dr . Mariano asked fir old pictures to make my smile natural since I needed so many implants. What I realized was for the 5 years previous that I had not smiled in photos! I had to go back to old pictures and I could see how over the years I had lost my smile and self confidence. With the assistance of his staff and Chris Gagner in particular we started a long journey to restore my smile . It took a few years but was worth the time and funds. I have a great smile and self confidence back. I now go to EMA and Dr. Mariano for tuneups and regular scheduled appointments. I am still anxious but they continue to work with me, all of his staff from a smile and warm welcome when you walk in , to all the staff stopping to say hello. LOL The parking lot is a bit of the pain since it's one lane so you have to be careful to follow the rules and let the traffic coming in have the right of way, but you get used to it!
