We spent approximately $170, and I was pleased that the flowers were delivered the same day I placed the order. Unfortunately, the delivery itself was disappointing. I later learned that the delivery person did not knock on the door or ring the doorbell to let the recipient know the flowers had arrived. Thankfully, she happened to look outside while checking for another package and noticed the flowers sitting there. With severe weather approaching that evening due to a hurricane, the flowers could have easily been damaged or blown away had she not discovered them. Unfortunately, I don't have a photograph of the arrangement, so I can't fairly comment on the quality or whether it matched what we ordered. While I appreciate the ease of ordering and the prompt same day delivery, I was disappointed by the lack of attention to the final step of the process. When customers spend $170 on flowers, especially when sending them as a thoughtful gesture to someone else, it's reasonable to expect the delivery to be handled with care from beginning to end. A simple knock or ring of the doorbell would have made all the difference. I hope this is something the business will address to ensure a better experience for future customers.
