In fact, the repair work was almost half done before we were made aware that we could have placed a Claim with AVIVA. When I called to inquire about this, an Adjuster came promptly. She was teaming, friendly thorough, and fair. Not long after her visit, we word that AVIVA confirmed out Claim, and they allowed our repairs to continue with the carpenter already doing the job. As we moved ahead, the Adjuster kept in contact. Then when our carpenter quit, she helped us make a transition to a new tradesman, and was also there to support and help us along the way. We readily rate our experience with AVIAV as 5*, and highly recommend them.

The advisor I met with helped me with life insurance and RRSP. She's very professional, knowledgeable and very good in dealing with clients. But oh boy, the fat lady in the reception sitting behind the other receptionists sure is very loud! We could hear her from the advisor's office, she must be really upset with a co-worker and talking down at her. It's a shame to have one person like that undo what the company worked so hard for to establish their brand. But other than that, two thumbs up for Sun Life Financial!
