Professional working environment and people. My total experience is very satisfactory, lived up to my expectations and very good products. The advisor I met with helped me with life insurance and RRSP. She's very professional, knowledgeable and very good in dealing with clients. But oh boy, the fat lady in the reception sitting behind the other receptionists sure is very loud! We could hear her from the advisor's office, she must be really upset with a co-worker and talking down at her. It's a shame to have one person like that undo what the company worked so hard for to establish their brand. But other than that, two thumbs up for Sun Life Financial! read more
