The company tried to tell me that this Is the nature of the business. My Childs grade did NOT increase as a Result. Also, the times that I asked for a tutor were not given. It's the tutor Telling you when they could come to you on THERE schedule. The gentleman that comes to the home initially will tell you what he thinks you Want to hear. He takes your cheques and never calls you back if you Have a problem. They have not taken any accountability for the lack of consistency In the tutoring schedule. I have had several friends who signed with them and have Had the same experiences. Tutor doctor claims that they understand your needs but Do not match the right tutors for your requests. Don't waste your money as your Only paying for there HUGE marketing/advertising.
