This place is honest, do you need anything more?…read more I took them an overheating Honda, I self diagnosed it as needing the radiator fan replaced. The Honda design would require a significant amount of work to be completed (big $$). I was expecting a bill for $200 in parts and 8-10 hours of labor. BUT I was pleasantly surprised to find I diagnosed the issue incorrectly and they charged me $70 to fix the issue. I was so happy I wanted to get on here and give them some praise for their honesty. Good work!

Took my vehicle here to get an oil leak fixed. It literally came out with a MASSIVE oil leak, a…read morestripped oil pan bolts, the wrong oil pan gasket, stripped suspension bolts, broken, welded, exhaust bolts, and a dust cover so tight it warped it and we had to hammer it flat on an anvil. When I contacted them, they gave me the run around, saying the oil pan was warped when I wasn't, then it's the gasket blew out cause I drove on the highway after they supposedly fixed it. It took me 6mp to save thatoney, and another 6mo to find another mechanic who showede all this, that Jeff and his son did to my vehicle. Most likely either from an air wrench or battery operated guns. I have reached out to them, I get the run around. Then they're gonna do this and fix it, and then not, and now they're in messages I have agreeing to at least HALF the money back, and again it has gone silent. I used to like these guys but after this, and the lies, and the shady shit they're doing to me, I wouldn't suggest them to anyone. Go anywhere but here cause MacArthur 66 and it's employees do more damage than good, will absolutely give you the run around, tell you one thing and then do another, skirt taking blame, say they're not doing anything wrong, yet, here I am, letting the rest of you know, stay far away from MacArthur 66 in Shawnee. They may act pleasantly, but they lie and do more damage than good. All $600 I had to pay out of my pocket, after them taking $400 from me, while damaging my only vehicle, and most likely, imo, imdoing the oldest truck in the book. You came to me to fix something, they break more so you'll keep bringing it back, gently everything, and leave you with a huge bill, broken car, and a ear full of lies

Total thief Beware Years ago c&w was the best around when Wes dad was there Now it's a place for his so called buddies
