She was also professional and courteous at all times. If you would like a trustworthy attorney that will get the job done look no further. Andrea Harvey is a no nonsense lawyer with a heart of gold. I highly recommend Attorney Andrea Medlock Harvey.

I would add, make sure that you have time to double check things if you hire her. I had to call her repeatedly for information on the case, there were factual errors in the paperwork that she expected me to proofread and catch, there were sometime large gaps in time from when I reached out to when she replied, and she actually gave me incorrect information! For the quality of service she provides one would think that she is a novice lawyer charging cut rate prices. Sadly this is not the case. I felt like I had to shadow manage my case and eventually just got fed up and told her I no longer wanted her services. To quote the other reviewer working with Andrea Harvey was the "most expensive, unproductive and cumbersome legal experience ever."

So in March 2010 she attended one of our closed door board meetings, and our President signed her up on the spot. Now, our delinquencies are under 10% and we just purchased our 2nd condo unit in the building (paying cash for the 1st unit, and for the 2nd unit we got a bank loan from our neighborhood bank (Illinois Service Federal). Have you ever heard of a condo association getting a bank loan to purchase a unit in their building? Verify with ISF, or check the court records for a closing on July 31, 2013. We're definitely back on track, with money in the bank to fund our Capital Improvements--all thanks to the aggressive collections and successful legal wins by Ebony and her Team at Property Law Group. In addition to her collection efforts, she successfully sued our previous management company and the City on our behalf.--they both settled instead of going up against her in court. So don't let her tiny size and non-Loop office fool you: she definitely knows her condo law. And now that I'm President, I don't make a legal move without first consulting her. My advise--rush to make an appointment with her--and too get your association on the right track. Definitely a good bang for your monthly buck. Do the monthly retainer for your association's size--that way, the designated board member gets legal/strategy advice for the association non-stop.

The lady in Chicago decided not to give the little boy back to his mother and had set the child up with Public Assistance. Somebody contacted Attorney Berry and papers were filed by him and a court date was set. I picked the mother up from the Union Station and drove her to 50 W. Washington, Chicago, Illinois The lady in Chicago had been informed by Berry to bring the child to court. Wee Wee came out of the courtroom with her son because the Judge, through Attorney Berry, made the lady from Chicago turn the child over to the mother. I was highly, impressed with his overall appearance and his behavior in the courtroom. I feel that most of the time, you will only see one or two black lawyers in the courtrooms at any given time at 50 W. Washington. If you find more than two in any court room, Look Out! The Court System in Cook County and the United States are known as the most Corrupt. Attorney Berry is under an oath like all attornies. All judges are under the same oath because they were once lawyers. I believe that God is still in control of everything and everybody. If through investigation you will find the Crooked Players are mostly, Democrats, yet, Berry found time to help the 4-year-old little boy and return him to his mother. That's a Fact, because I saw the mother and child re-united.
