Then we emailed back and forth a few times, next he came to our apartment for about an hour and half and wrote a draft of the will. Next we emailed back and forth to get the will perfect then he came back for the signing of the will. My wife and I each have our own will and it was not very expensive. He did a great job of explaining all the parts of the will and never tried to make us pay more. Highly recommended

And the seller, nor the attorney, were the easiest people to deal with...but she continued to show a high level of professionalism and aggression that I truly needed in my corner. You can always expect a return email from her in about 24 hrs or less and that's huge when you have urgent questions or just need additional assistance during the closing process. I would highly recommend her for as your real estate attorney. Thank you Shara for having my back when I needed you most.

The biggest problem: she failed to handle the water bill before closing. After closing, she claimed she had told me (which I do not recall) and then tried to charge me more money to fix the issue. I ended up resolving it myself out of pocket. I hired an attorney to prevent problems like this, not create/allow them. Based on my experience -- I cannot recommend The Closing Firm nor Eboni Lucas. Save yourself Money & Aggravation and hire another attorney.

He stated I can bring in the body cam video and "we" will sit down and review the video together. Then, when confirming the appointment, James changed his story, started yelling at me, and said I can drop off a copy of the body cam video for the attorneys to review and leave. Now, if false information is going to be given to a potential client on their first call, why would I trust or hire this type of shady law firm. Bottom line, I won't, I'll take my business elsewhere and you should too.
