I went in to have 12 teeth extracted and originally had gone to Burlington for my other teeth to be done , but it was honestly too far for me to travel to do the remainder as I live in barre. I was recvomended them , so I called , went for consult and told them I did have some serious anxiety Nd was assured it would be fine. Needless to say day of I had paid for laughing gas to calm me as I did really well in Burlington , went smoothly , no post op problems , etc. my experience here was nothing short of a very tramatic experience . I think they let me relax with the gas all of maybe ten minutes , the dentist dr glosser was very abrupt , rude and too be honest super rough , knowing I was a mess , scared anxious, etc. I was literally lifting off the chair as he jabbed me over and over , knowing full and well I was having a panic attack , and tbh didn't care , his answer to me was " i know you smoked weed before you came and that's why the gas didn't work" ok..... 1 i have my prescription for it due to , you guessed it anxiety ,2 I have and asked several dentists since then , as I do know a few , Nd they said that's totally not true, which I knew already , and 3 at that point I knew he had a preconceived notion of me already which really? Are you kidding me after that statement his whole dimeaner changed and he was nicely put miserable. It's been a week since , never received a call to "see how I was recovering" or anything close . Would I reccomend them? Not a chance and I'm really not one to say negative things, but I feel really strongly that people know there is zero bedside manner , and I won't even go into the nurse rolling her eyes at me making me feel as though I was literally putting them out. I will say they had no problem taking my 3000 dollars , my point is if u have even the littlest bit of anxiety , DONT GO HERE!
