My treatment with Albert Ortho was amazing! I originally priced around with several Orthodontist…read morepractices. I even had one Ortho tell me that I could not get my teeth to straighten correctly without surgery. Dr. Albert assured me that was not needed. His practice was a bit more expensive than some competitors but sometimes you get what you pay for. His staff and himself are extremely professional yet not stiff. They will make you smile and giving you opportunities to show off those new teeth of yours. The whole experience was great. They started me off with a Quad Helix which opened up the bite at the top of my mouth. After 5 months or so of that they started my Invisalign's and the rest is history. I attached my before and afters so everyone can see how great they did. Thanks Dr. Albert!

I've addressed that possibly the cement isn't adhering to my child's teeth and today - in front of an office full of patients - the dr scolded my son, called him irresponsible, said his broken brackets are 100% his fault due to eating things he shouldn't be eating, etc and advised me that I should make him pay the additional cost to replace the brackets... mind you, 4 brackets broke off during his cleaning yesterday and we arrived with a note from the dentist, one broke while he was sleeping, one came off right after we left the office when he yawned, and one the same night it was replaced when he brushed his teeth. I have suggested they're not using quality glue or applying the brackets while my son's teeth aren't fully dry... only trying to find a solution to what the issue is because it's not only a pain for his staff to replace, it's a pain to take my child out of school, or have him go several weeks without treatment because they claim to not be able to get him in. They've never been willing to accept any responsibility for any of the MULTIPLE issues we have had between both children: treatment and have continuously blamed us. Today I came in with a note from their dentist and did he even look at it? Nope. Just started shouting that my son is irresponsible and should be made to pay for any repairs and suggested removing them and suggested we not pay for him to have any further treatment until he is an adult and can pay for his own treatment since he is wasting his staff's time and his money. The way the doctor spoke to me and my son today was completely unprofessional!! He spoke over me, raised his voice, and immediately said he'd remove the braces and "prorate" (since he's been paid in full since we started). His proration was a complete and utter JOKE! My daughter has also had problems with wires breaking and brackets popping off and her Dentist showed us yesterday that she now has chipping on her front tooth - from it banging into the bottom bracket. The dentist sent him an email stating this needed to be fixed right away. His staff told me that they made sure Albert received this email... did he even address it until I brought it up? Nope. He didn't even know that she had already been seen by his assistant... so is he even checking the treatment and care these kids are receiving at their visits? Once I called her back again and he saw her chipped tooth his response was "meh, that's minor! I can shave that down if it really bothers you" UNREAL!! This "dr" couldn't be less caring and less professional if he wanted to be!

Little did I know, that would be the first and last time I ever saw that dentist because he was retiring mere weeks later. Over nearly 7 years (trust me, I know how ridiculous that is..) I ended up seeing multiple providers that came and went at the company and ended up learning through my best friend's orthodontist, in a different state, that *bite* issues can be unpredictable with aligners. Instead of resolving my "problem", my hard bite shifted to my canine teeth contacting first while my back teeth don't initially touch at all when I first take my aligners out for the day, which isn't the result I was expecting from the dentist's consult. I understand that every patient is different, but I wish I'd sought an orthodontic consultation before investing 5,000 dollars. If your primary concern is a bite issue rather than simply straightening crooked teeth, I encourage you to ask DETAILED questions about expected treatment length and success rates, and consider getting a second opinion from an orthodontist BEFORE committing to treatment. I'm not writing this to be unkind. I LOST a lot of money and wish someone had encouraged me to ask those questions and take that action before I began.
