Dr. Griffith, our family Dentist, recommended our son to Dr. Albert and we've been very, very happy. His knowledge is vast and his memory of even the tiniest details of patients' lives, interests and concerns is astounding. He never makes you feel rushed, even when there are other patients waiting, you feel that he has time for you. The office managers and technicians are equally invested in giving their patients the best experience possible. Our family absolutely loves Jeremy Albert and his staff! He has such a wonderful and friendly demeanor with us and our children. His office is beautiful and super clean with cool video games for the kids to play on while they wait. The actual patient rarely has to wait over 5 minutes before they're seen, but the video games are great for the sibblings who have to come along to the appointments. There's also wi-fi access and great coffee for the parents to access. His staff up front always greet you with a smile and are so pleasant to work with. I know one of his patients, that is my daughter's best friend, won best smile in the year book this year. She just got her braces taken off in December. He obviously knows what he's doing if other people think his patient has the best smile around. I know of quite a few people who needed to bring their child to him after they were not happy with their prior orthodontist's work. Dr. Albert and his staff are friendly, caring and knowledgeable. The wait time is normally short and the office visits run efficiently. The Trinity office is comfortable, clean and well designed. Most importantly the results are there. My older daughter recently had her braces removed and my younger daughter is in the final phases before removal. Their smiles look great. I've had experience with dentistry in general and orthodontics in particular so I recognize a quality and well run orthodontic practice. This is as good as it gets and the people are genuine. I couldn't be happier with our choice for our children. My daughter is a patient at the Palm Harbor location and we absolutely love it! Dr. Albert and his staff are professional and very friendly. The staff really treats the children like little adults :) I often go back with my daughter during her apts and I can hear the staff talking with the other patients and you can tell they really care and get to know the patients. My daughter loves when she has an apt to go to the Orthodontist. The office is very clean and they are very accommodating with the apts. I have not ever had an apt to where I had to sit and wait because the office was backed up. They send reminder emails regarding apts and even follow up with a phone call. I am another health care professional in my mid 50s who was talked into braces by my wife. I must say that as much as I was dreading it I am very happy to have done this. It was pretty painless - with Invisalign braces nobody knew I had them in. I opted for paying a little extra for the AcceleDent which is a mouthpiece device that you wear for 30 minutes every day and provides micro pulse vibration that shortens the course of treatment almost in half which was definitely worth the money to me. Jeremy is very professional and caring and the office is very nice. I would recommend him highly to any adult or child looking for an excellent orthodontist. read more

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They are personable. Dr. Albert is fantastic with patients. The office has a variety of entertainment to keep the kids occupied while waiting. Although waiting is normally never an issue. Appointment times are typically right on schedule. The results of treatment was exactly what was described and expected. When deciding the treatment options Dr. Albert was very informative and took his time to answer all questions and anticipated questions I would have eventually. I came to Dr. Albert hopeless and full of despair. It was sad because in all honesty, my own dog had better teeth than I did. Albert Family Orthodontics not only caters to all of the children, they also cater to the parents while we wait with wifi, refreshments and if you have little ones that have to wait for a sibling there are video games to keep them entertained. The only problem with Albert Orthodontic is that your children may not want to leave when its time to go. The staff was always very friendly and happy to work with me. They were gentle when they did their work not rough or careless. They always had some kind of contest going on which was nice because everyone could participate in them. If you set up a morning appointment they always had fresh cookies that they bake in the back! I recently had my braces taken off in May. I only had braces on the bottom to close big spacing between some of my teeth and Albert Orthodontics exceeded my expectations. The girls in the office are very nice and when needed an appointment, they get you in as quick as possible. I would definitely recommend them. read more
