The front desk (valarie) staff is kind, efficient, and incredibly helpful with scheduling and paperwork. The waiting area is always clean, calm, and inviting Dr. Brown is everything you'd want in a physician: knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely compassionate. They took the time to listen to all my concerns without rushing me, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt empowered in my care plan. It's rare to find a doctor who blends professionalism with such warmth and empathy. If you're looking for a medical practice that goes above and beyond in both care and customer service, this is the one. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

But this is there's. If you want a BP medicine and a referral. first, they do a physical visit one. Then you have to come back to get labs draw you cant do it the same day they want to screw you bad visit two. Still need BP medicine still need a referral. 3rd visit See the NP on third visit ask for a medication she needs to ask Dr Bindel to prescribe. Says they will send referral... ask about medication. They never send referral the morning of my appointment with my specialist I went down there, and they wanted me to pay for another appointment, and they would send the referral so I ended up paying $650 for Visit to specialist that would have been $100 if referral was sent. The office staff is horrible the don't understand anything. Are usually taking on a calls on separate phone to whoever. I had to spell out everything to them. And now they are sending me a bill for $600 8 months later. And it wasn't for labs. I never saw the Dr Bindel. And they don't do refills you have to come in each month. This place is horrible. Office staff are like 12-year-old girls. That is how well they communicate. It's a clinic without a medical provider.

I have struggled with fertility issues for many years. I've had 6 miscarriages. In addition to having Dr. Miller for my primary needs, I was seeing this other doctor to help figure out my fertility issues. That doctor ordered some blood work for me to have done. Dr. Miller, refuses to do the blood work I need done, even though he can and does do this blood work, all because another doctor ordered it So, now, not only do I still need to find someone to do this blood work for me, I now have to find another primary doctor I can trust and will work with my team of doctors. It's ok to have more than one doctor working with you, and Dr. Miller should understand and respect that. I'm very disappointed.
