I have extremely flat feet which has resulted in a lifetime of pain in my knees, hips, and lower back. I have been in pain literally for as long as I can remember, so I did not have high expectations for this visit. Dr. Bea was very thorough and explained some things I could do to improve my stance and foot issue which would ultimately improve my pain in other areas. She also adjusted my back to relieve some of the pressure and help me not to be in so much pain. At first when I received the adjustment, I didn't really feel like it did anything. In my head I thought it was just money wasted, but when I went to sleep, I can honestly say that it was the first time in months that I did not wake up in the middle of the night with back pain. Being able to get a full nights sleep made it all worth it. She charges $50 for out an out of pocket adjustment, or whatever the cost is for insurance (which may be cheaper). I'm on a plan to return every week for two months the straighten out my back and have purchased some custom orthotics to help with my feet. Side note- I've always been hesitant to visit a chiropractor because I'm a large person and have been nervous about the doctor being able to work on me, but the drop table and chiropractic tools made my experience delightful. I wish I had visited sooner.

They are both terrific. The only problem is that Yolanda is only available on Mondays. I've had a lot of massage work but she is my favorite. She gets the job done.

I started coming here about 2 years ago when I got into a car accident just by Searching on Google…read moreand I'm never going to another Chiropractor again! I recently had some issues with my neck and I decided to give them a ring. I will tell you 2 years later they are just as awesome as they were when I 1st found them! The ENTIRE staff is friendly, patient oriented and personable. Nathan is one who stands out because he has such s huge personality! Always very pleasant and engaging. Dr Speaks and Dr Bryant are always very nice, they will answer any questions you have and those adjustments are to DIE for! Yessss give me more LOL! On my most recent visit, I met an intern by the name of Derrick. He was extremely nice and made sure to take care of me. He was gentle, informative, I became a little nosy and started asking about his schooling and he was nice enough to answer. I've literally never been to a place where everyone was on the same wave length when it comes to patient service. Whatever training they have in place is A-1! Keep it up guys and I'll see you next week!

I was afraid that given the lack of options I would be stuck with a subpar doctor but I was quite relieved and happy after my first visit to Dr. Kilguss's practice. Both the office manager Renee and the doctor herself are extremely nice and so far I have had no problems. The office is easily accessible and booking an appointment was simple. I could get in pretty much any day I wanted and they would work with my insurance to get the required pre-approval so I didn't even have to worry about it. When I had some concerns about the initial paperwork on my first visit Renee answered my questions and made me a lot more comfortable. I have been going to chiropractors for years so I am familiar with the adjustment procedure and Dr. Kilguss was just as good or better than any other at getting my neck and back straightened out. She is a little too gentle to really get my hips in on the first try but I appreciate the kindness she show's her patients and her willingness to listen to my complaints about painful spots and adjust accordingly. This office seems to be extremely efficient considering I was in and out for my second appointment within five or ten minutes. They were completely upfront with the prices both times and charged me accordingly so there were no surprises. The only downsides to this chiropractor vs my old favorite one is that her prices are a little on the higher side if you don't have insurance and she doesn't have additional features that come with the adjustment as I've experienced in the past. For example my old chiropractor had a professional tens unit and a massage roller bed for patients to chose between and use before the adjustment and my brother's chiropractor in a different state does an exercise regiment with the adjustment but since those are really more like extras I don't hold it against Dr. Kilguss. It is just a case of different methods but does factor in when you consider price. Overall I am very glad I found a good chiropractor within my limited network and I have every intention to continue to go back to her anytime I need an adjustment so long as she accepts my insurance.
