I was willing to pay UP FRONT IN CASH, they still would not see me. I have an urgent eye health issue. As a new employee who started with my company in the last few weeks, I am fully covered and can be seen by ANY provider-- and have confirmed such with my HR department several times today. My insurance WILL PAY. However due to the holidays and employee availability, my coverage is not yet confirmed with my insurance provider BCBS. This is purely an administrative timing issue related to my recent start date-- and I would be fully covered in the event I was seen by any provider. However--- due to the self serving policy of Morris & Romanelli, they refuse to see me unless they can confirm I am covered WITH the insurance provider. It is 4 days before christmas, I have called over 36 different eye doctors, no one has appointments. I can see why Morris & Romanelli has an opening--- because they are heartless and their customers know it. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR, EVER!!! I am sure their greed and uncaring nature towards their neighbors (I live literally down the road) reflects in the care they give to their patients. I will be leaving this review in as many places as I can find to warn others about this practice. "We cant bend the rules for anyone, sir". "That would be fraudlent". The waits are beyond excessive and, frankly, ridiculous. No matter the appointment time, you should expect to sit for a long stretch before being seen. What's especially frustrating is that they are very efficient when it comes to collecting your copay immediately upon arrival, yet there is no comparable urgency when it comes to respecting the patient's time afterward. After checking in and paying, you're left waiting--sometimes moving from room to room--without any clear communication or explanation. I'm not commenting on the doctors' medical competence, as I expect physicians to be knowledgeable and capable in their field, and in that regard there were no major issues. Personality-wise, the providers were fine and professional enough. That said, patient experience is more than just clinical skill. Time management and respect for scheduled appointments matter, and this office consistently falls short in that area.

My routine exam requires no co-pay. They billed my insurance company with fraudulent. Diagnosis is just to get co-pays out of us. They put down conjunctivitis and dry eye Went for a routine eye exam what you find as a clinical finding after the fact is what you would use as a follow up. BTW. Neither one of us have conjunctivitis.
