I should start by saying I have moved around a lot in my life and I have had many different…read moredentists. Some dentists have been good and some not so good. Dr. Anu Aheer is the best dentist I have ever had hands down. She is attentive, kind, and above all she knows what she is talking about. My last dentist was getting older and unfortunately was suffering from arthritis and shaking hands. I have had several procedures that should be very painful but with Dr. Aheer all of them have gone well with minor pain. The other day I went in for two fillings but after asking if I was experiencing any pain she determined that a filling on the opposite side of my mouth had cracked and needed to be replaced more urgently then the other fillings I originally went in for. It's a good thing she went with her intuition because there was a cavity festering under the cracked filling that wasn't coming up on the X-rays. It could have eventually led to a root canal or worse. I am blessed that a great doctor like Dr. Aheer has come into my life when I needed her the most. When she went on leave for a few months I had another dentist (male) at the same office treat me for a cleaning and let's just say I missed her tremendously! She has earned a patient for life with me. P.S. The receptionist "Kim" is very helpful in answering questions pertaining to insurance and billing if you have any questions about what insurance they accept.

This used to be Dr. Dupree's office before he retired. I loved Dr. Dupree. Now there is a new…read moredoctor who took over. Dr. Alazzeh was put to the test after I had to put a crown and one filling. I had one other dentist that scared the beegeebees out of me when his anesthesia and many pokes did not take and I felt the drill going in. That long ago Dr told me to count to 10 and still drilled through! It took me like 5 years before going to another dentist appointment until I found Dr. Dupree! So this new dentist knew my fears and concerns. I wasn't sure if it was my gums or teeth that was the reason the anesthesia didn't take or that he was a new doctor?! So I was really nervous! Dr. Alazzeh, went over everything and reassured me. He was gentle and explained each step. At one point I started to feel sensitivity again and he gave me a bit more anesthesia. Then it was fine and I didn't feel anything! Everything went well- right now it has worn off so it is throbbing at home. The other side was a tiny filling and didn't feel any pain and he used a cold water laser I guess but I didn't need to be poked with any needle or have any anesthesia there which was great! The team working on me was great as well especially Tina- she knows her stuff! I felt in good hands! I was worried when Dr. Dupree retired, but now I can say that Dr. Alazzeh made me feel very comfortable and I trust his care! Also one thing is Anna who works the front desk and Dr. Dupree's wife who is staying on til the transition is done are my favorites! I always worry giving important info to others especially at doctors or dentists offices to people who I don't know. I worry info can be compromised. But these two ladies I trust and over the years I know they are trustworthy and I feel they are safe and careful with your information which I appreciate! When you arrived, office said your dentist is not here today, you cannot reschedule with call center, call center will randomly pick one dentist for you and you can only be seen with your own dentist/ orthopedic. Office said they know about this issue for a long time, but never plan to correct the call center. Office said if you want successfully rescheduled, all you need to do just take off fr work, drive to office in person, reschedule your appt, then leave. So simple. This clinic is only good for people who have free time whole day and have a car. If you have a job and can't go rescheduled appt in person, this is not the clinic for you.
