He offers more than just a service. For those starting out or just needing more education and not knowing where to find it, I would encourage you to seek his help. He has been a guide, compass, and great navigator in this otherwise very complex world of rates and investment options, particularly when needing to match these options with one's personal goals and risk levels. He truly takes the time to understand your comfort level and meets you where you are. I would be remiss if I did not also mention his friendship. I never feel like just a client folder to him. He is never far away whenever I seek his help and he calls me back prepared and knowledgeable about our previous discussions to get the important discussion underway without fumbling around. It saves me time and gets me the answers I need, exactly when I need it. I recommend Mike highly wherever you may be at in your level of experience with your real estate endeavors.

It was super helpful to chat with him on the phone but his email response times were pretty impressive as well. So if you're a typical millennial who shakes at the thought of talking on the phone, have no fret. But I would highly suggest you hop on a call with Sam, even if it's just to let his English accent soothe you.

A good…read morefriend of ours, who works in the lending sector, highly recommended Sam as a good jump-off point to start the process. After our first meeting with Sam, we knew we were in good hands. He took the time to explain the whole borrowing (and buying) process to us in a way we (as newbies) would understand. He's highly intelligent, clearly knows his business exceptionally well, seems passionate about it. Not to mention, he's quick as a whip and he keeps the pressure to an ultimate low. We carried on, looking for places and going to open houses, Sam was in contact with us throughout. He even offered expertise on building structure codes and deficiencies. Like i said, he's knowledgeable. Our hunt for the perfect place dragged on, as were are very particular. This didn't hinder our relationship with Sam. He touched base often, and kept our spirits up, determined that we find a place we love. When we found it, Sam went in to high gear. He moved quickly, making sure we had our finances coordinated by the deadlines we needed. He even guided us in getting our credit in order! He was a workhorse, and never, did we feel he didn't have the situation under complete control. He sent us spreadsheets with mortgage options, allowing us to chose whats best for our situation. He knows the market, we could tell he'd get us involved with a good lender. He offered his opinions when called upon, but encouraged us to have our own and make our own decisions. He facilitated this by giving us as much information as we needed to do so. We got the place we wanted, we loved, and are in debt to Sam for making it (too) easy! Sam is loyal, hardworking, always available, easy to get along with, well-spoken and knowledgeable. He'll also make what could possibly be the biggest, most stressful decision of your life, a fun and easy one. If you need financing on a home, call Sam. Best case scenario: you end up like us! Worst case scenario: you're far more informed, and you probably have a new buddy! Good Luck!
