I reached out to other mortgage lenders and the big banks and most were super slow to respond, didn't even respond at all or couldn't provide me a decent rate. Some didn't even care to really do anything. And then there was Keith, he picked up my call right away and I felt like I was talking to a friend. Keith was very knowledgeable and quick to do the calculations, and right then, I knew it was a no brainer to switch my mortgage from 3.09% to 1.75% even with a penalty. This was my first time breaking my mortgage to go with another lender and I was nervous, but Keith assured me every step of the way that this was going to be okay. And in the end, in less than 2 weeks, I made the switch. Everything was done through email and the phone, except the part where I had to meet my notary, that had to be done in person.
