Like i said, he's knowledgeable. Our hunt for the perfect place dragged on, as were are very particular. This didn't hinder our relationship with Sam. He touched base often, and kept our spirits up, determined that we find a place we love. When we found it, Sam went in to high gear. He moved quickly, making sure we had our finances coordinated by the deadlines we needed. He even guided us in getting our credit in order! He was a workhorse, and never, did we feel he didn't have the situation under complete control. He sent us spreadsheets with mortgage options, allowing us to chose whats best for our situation. He knows the market, we could tell he'd get us involved with a good lender. He offered his opinions when called upon, but encouraged us to have our own and make our own decisions. He facilitated this by giving us as much information as we needed to do so. We got the place we wanted, we loved, and are in debt to Sam for making it (too) easy! Sam is loyal, hardworking, always available, easy to get along with, well-spoken and knowledgeable.
