I went in for some crown work and paid the charge as agreed. When the crown needed to be adjusted because it was causing me pain, I went back in and without being told or signing anything I was charged $573 for a 10 minute visit to grind off part of the crown. The work should have been done right in the first place. Also good luck getting ahold of anyone who can talk to you about billing. Hands down the worst dental experience I have ever had and would encourage anyone using this place to reevaluate.

Dr. L recommended that I have some old fillings replaced, including one in particular which shows cracking and leaking. I was shown a pic of the tooth and could see the crack and discoloration. I was not pressured to have this done immediately, but I did see the problem and have no reason to question the recommendation. My hygienist was Matthew and he was great, as was Dr. L.
