Terrible experience. This attorney breached confidentiality, breached duty and obligation, then…read morestole documents from our estate. When confronted about this, he then terminated us and unsuccessfully tried to extort 2400 more from us. Let it be known that we paid him up front 3600 and all he did was our taxes one year. We had no tax liability at that point and were referred to this attorney from our accountant of over 20 years. I am not pleased with his lack of professionalism. Do not be duped by others "5 star" comments. I back my statements to be true and current. This lawyer has made zero effort to take account of his own breaches, which would bar him from ever practicing again. Unfortunately these individuals are not governed whatsoever. Both this attorney and the accountant violated several ethical and contractual agreements. Losses and damages are in excess of 3 million at this point in time. There are other attorneys involved in CT and GA, a CEO, a Director, and another franchisee which also breached agreements. Be very careful dealing with this attorney. He selectively chooses when to operate with integrity and when not to. He is going to irritate the wrong person one day if he continues to do families wrong.
