My father's irrevocable will, pour over, and trusts were set up by this firm in 2011. As executor I…read morereceived very little explanation, counseling, or guidance. My questions since 2020 when my father passed have yet to have been answered after numerous visits in their office. The will was designed to bypass probate, the assets were to be retained, and the trusts funded. Not one bit of what my father's last wishes has been respected or granted. I feel my Family has been defrauded by this firm, several other attorneys, an accountant and the judge are all involved directly or indirectly. Our company agent, a local lawyer, also breached his obligation. Is any professional in this town honest? I have yet to have found one. The lawyers at this firm do NOT litigate. When I wrote them the check this was not disclosed to me. Due to the corruption surrounding another attorney that literally stole millions from us we needed protection with our assets and needed a lawyer to litigate to recoup the millions lost from his company, which was acquired by a corporate entity. There is something eerily not right when the founding lawyer of this firm tells you "Congress has changed things". It is apparent to me this law firm as well as many others involved in this community have destroyed everything my family worked hard for. Something is not right. Many are involved and many should be in jail. Buyer beware.

Our firm cannot say enough laudatory things about this Registered Agent company. Their performance…read morewas exceedingly high quality. And, they were most helpful in answering all of our questions - repeatedly - about important issues with our corporation. It is a real pleasure to find such an ELITE and PROFESSIONAL entity that delivered a fast LLC for our group. We are glad we did not go with the other " commercial puppy mill " type registering agent firms, who offer you everything, and are quick to take your money, and then roll out a common set of paperwork. One of our corporate friends did select this type of agent, and he got to start all over again. Our company would strongly recommend Mississippi Registered Agent without any reservation. Our firm is fortunate to be well ahead of our schedule, and this registered agent was an important factor in our rapid start. And we will definitely request their services for other state corporation services.

Sharon Thibodeaux is an incredible attorney and an incredible human being. I have never met someone…read moreso knowledgeable and so passionate about their work. When I found myself in an incredibly horrible situation she treated me, a complete stranger, as if I were her own family. She never judged me and she always made sure that I felt alright throughout the proceedings. I have never had someone fight for me the way Mrs. Thibodeaux fought for me. She was professional, intelligent, and accessible. I always knew what was going on and what the next step would be for us. She kept me updated at least once every few days. She worked night and day for me. She made sure I never felt alone and that I knew that everything would be okay. Even months after the ordeal was long over, she continued to check on me and make sure that I was healing well. If you need a knowledgeable, powerful, attorney that cares about her clients, give Mrs. Thibodeaux a call. I recommend her to all of my friends and family. No one has been disappointed.

The second time I called her back 20 mins late because again I'm used to people calling me back and also I have a sick child and she stated she didn't want to take my case because I didn't call her back. That's horrible service and if she was busy she should have been stated that from the beginning. I was recommended to her but I'll be sure to advise others in the area of the rudeness, the horrible customer service, and also how I was treated considering I was seeking help.
