I signed in, was registered, and was taken back before I could even fill out my paperwork. The tech ended up filling it out for me, which worked out nicely for me! The test itself was fairly easy, and I was out in an hour's time. No wait times at all. Amazing. This SJRA is at the site of the old Booth Radiology off Hurffville-Cross Keys Road. They have the Women's Center next to it. It's definitely convenient for the Washington Township people. I'd recommend this location.

My mammo tech was sweet and made me feel comfortable, which is always appreciated at these ugh-ppointments! Her name was Leigh Ann. Next was the ultra sound tech. This one was a first for me. Equally sweet. Her name was Jeannine. I filled out a card and stuck it to the wall, as to why I get my mammos. ONLY DING - I had to carry my personal belongings around in an awkward ball. Where are the free tote bags like at the Turnersville, NJ, location? I will be returning to this slightly further location in December, God willing.

But really, this SJRA is probably my favorite to date. I used to visit as a kid when it was still Booth and don't recall any issues back then either. Yesterday I showed up half an hour early to my appointment. The waiting room was basically empty, so one of the ladies working (Michelle) called me down to her desk in lieu of signing in. I like that they offer seats to their patients here while filling out the entry paperwork with each medical receptionist. Some of the other locations (looking at you, Voorhees and Voorhees!) do not have that luxury. Within seconds of finishing the obligatory paperwork in the waiting room, I was brought back for the whole MRI test thing. The room itself was frigid, but the nice lady offered a blanket. At the end of the test, she even offered to help me sit up, which I seriously appreciated. (Also looking at you on that one, Voorhees!!) I'm not often in Washington Township anymore, but if I can maneuver future tests here to align with my dermatologist across the street again, I'd absolutely return. Fast service, great experience. I'd recommend entirely!

I have been to other virtua surgery centers. This review in no way reflects on the treatment my…read morepartner got during his surgery, that was awesome. My review is about the set up of the facility. When patients have surgery the person accompanying them is usually required to wait. This wait can be hours long. Other virtua surgery centers have coffee stations or maybe even just water. I asked if there was somewhere I could go to buy a cup of coffee within the facility and was told that there isn't but that there is a vending machine. I understand you don't want people spreading out and having full out picnics in the waiting area but, at least they could provide water. The one complaint I have about the way things were handled by the staffs is that I was given no updates. All other surgery centers let me know when the person I was accompanying was being taken back for the start of the procedure AND I got updates as to what was going on. Here there was total silence. No communication whatsoever. For those waiting, it would put our minds at ease if we were kept informed. I know the primary focus is the patient, as it should be but, a little more care for those accompanying them would go a long way.

You will never be able to get a hold of them on a phone call. They will have published hours of 8am (one their own website) but will be having a meeting with the door locked until 9am, even when you're waiting outside for simple paperwork. Three other people waiting outside with me had actual appointments! They do not care about you or your time at all. The patient is only right here if it fits their own plans. I'd stuck by them because of the doctors for an extra 3 years beyond when I wanted to. Not any longer, time to find another practice.

The clock ticks and now you have waited 9 minutes outside the door and a staff member sees you ... well the door is still locked. You have wasted 11 minutes of your 'must get to the office 30 minutes before time. ' Well that was the beginning of my journey to this healthcare provider. I started writing the review frustrated by the fact that I was kept outside the Imaging Center. But then this review was flipped directly because once the doors were opened ... once I met the people ... well let's just say I never imagined getting an MRI was going to be such a positive experience. The tech team clearly knows what they are doing! The "clinic" is spotless and they do all that they can to put you at ease. I know that I am an easy patient so that it was easy for them to joke around with me but I could tell that these guys would be really good working with the large number of patients who get anxiety rushes merely at the thought of going into the tube! So, when I started the review I was sure they'd be lucky to get a 2 star review but as I walked out I knew that the review deserved 5 stars but I just couldn't go there because the doors should have been opened as soon as they saw a patient had arrived promptly as instructed ... 30 minutes before the scheduled time. It was a MUST ARRIVE not a choice and I couldn't get in. BUT THANK YOU TEAM ... It was a great experience!
