The tone and disrespect I received are completely unacceptable. After being a loyal customer for so long, this shows they don't care about my business. I also called to speak to someone about this and got nowhere. I was told, "Oh, I'm sorry about your experience, but I wasn't there to witness it," and then told there's nothing they can do.
