I cannot emphasize enough how helpful he was in helping us find our ideal home. We made almost weekly out-of-state visits to look at the houses and Ben was always available to show us around. He was very knowledgeable about the area, answered all our questions in detail and was always patient and respect full towards our needs and wishes. This was our fourth time working with a real estate agent, and we feel we had the best experience with him. He never made us feel pressured/never forced us to make a decision. He understood perfectly well what our needs were and showed us the properties while explaining pros and cons of each. He was always supportive of our decisions. And ultimately he helped us find a house which we loved. Not only that while we were waiting to find our home, he helped us find a temporary rental property and went above and beyond to help us find the re rental/ sublease client for our rental apartment when we did find the house! He is a hard-working, knowledgeable, and committed realtor and we have no doubt that we are going to use his service in future if we have any real estate needs. We 100% recommend Ben Allen for your real estate needs!!

Ben understood our unique situation. He patiently answered all of our questions and ensured that our house hunting experience was as easy as possible. We let him know the type of home and neighborhood feel we were looking for early in the process. Ben did a great job finding us several homes within this set of parameters. We made several trips to Madison to see the suburbs before buying. Ben generously spent several days with us during these visits showing us around and touring homes with him. We never felt rushed or pressured. He ended up finding us a home in the exact neighborhood we were hoping to move into. During the closing process he kept us informed about what to expect with each step. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor or a better person to work with. Highly recommend!

We used Kathy to sell our existing home and to purchase our new home. The purchase of our new home was a lengthy and incredibly frustrating process (5 counter-offers were exchanged) with some challenging sellers. Kathy did a great job of finding a home that fit our family, and was there for us whenever we needed her, whether it was during the negotiation process, or after the offer was accepted. She was with us every step of the way. She provided insightful advice about staging our home (it sold in 3 days and for more than our asking price). She has great contacts for home inspectors, handymen, etc. We wouldn't want to work with any other realtor.

From our very first conversation, it was clear that she genuinely cared about my needs--not just as a client, but as a person. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, walked me through every step of the process with patience and transparency, and consistently went the extra mile to make sure nothing slipped through the cracks. Whether it was arranging last-minute showings, answering late-night questions with a calm and reassuring presence, Catherine was always there--available, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable.
