We called to check what time they closed on Saturdays and when we got there the service was very quick and efficient. As my husband was inside paying for the hay the guy on the tractor had already placed the hay on our trailer and we were out of there within 10 minutes or less. I am not sure of what all they offer at this location but I look forward to visiting on a regular basis. They could not locate our order, nor the store we ordered from. We called this store, they looked my son up and told us he bought boots and walked out with them that day. Uh, No. We explained he was measured, they dont sell in house what he ordered. I was then told they take 12+ weeks. I know this, then explained that we've already chatted with the manufacturer. They told they'd call us back today, I gave my name and number and specific instructions to call me, not my son and they agreed. No call, but they did call my son to tell him they were crediting his card back. No explanation, no Im sorry, nothing. I called them, Susan picked up the phone. Rude and abrupt she said she already talked to my son and is crediting him, I couldn't get a word in and she hung up. Ordered boots Jan 10, March 12th and he wont have his first pair of hard earned boots for his first polo tournament. No reason, no record of the order, no apology. Terrible service, rude and no integrity.

I received assistance from an older woman who came off as quite condescending. She inquired about how long I've had my horse and how long I've been riding, then suggested that many women my age often get horses due to a midlife crisis. She was very snarky and She seemed rather unhappy, and I even caught her discussing her personal life with other customers, which felt unprofessional. Overall, it was an uncomfortable situation, and I'm not likely to return.

Both the chiropractor and I were very concerned that my horse may develop other problems if my saddle situation was not quickly solved. Aruna from Double Oak Tack came to the rescue. She met us and knew we needed a wider saddle. She found a Prestige model in a short time-frame for us rather than waiting months for a custom made saddle. We received the saddle and Aruna adjusted the tree and flocking for a custom fit! Once we put the new saddle on my horse, it was an incredible breakthrough!!
