Had a chance to talk to Ty McKeever, owner of the business. Instead of even trying to make things…read moreright, he claimed the truck I have owned since new was missing parts, called it a "shitbox" and made personal attacks against me claiming I was too afraid to come out of the house because of the pandemic so he had to come pick up the truck, which is not true. ALL work was performed prior to the pandemic. He also called me a liar. To make matters worse, his wife (Jennifer McKeever) decided to join in the conversation and make disparaging remarks even though she had no direct knowledge of the situation or any interaction with me whatsoever. I am STILL having problems related to his "work" on my truck. Whatever he did to the slave cylinder connection at the transmission causes the master cylinder and reservoir hydraulic line to frequently become disconnected, at which point you have to bleed the slave cylinder hydraulic fluid. As a result, the slave cylinder will have to be replaced. This is not a mechanic that will stand behind his work or even attempt to resolve any issues related to his work.

The previous owner had done his own oil change so I didn't get one until it was close to the mileage on the sticker - four months after owning it. It appeared the old owner had done some hanky stuff to the oil pan and we would need to replace the oil pan. We were looking to just replace the oil pan but when Buick discontinued the car they discontinued the parts. We and the shop looked for three days for an oil pan. The closest we came to was a used one on eBay for $1200. But, the crew at the shop did not give up! They figured out a way to make the existing pan work- it had a London with big plugs etc.. I won't pretend I understand..but they said we're going have to get an evacuation? Oil change from now on. Never ever take that oil pan off ! Apparently that's how we changed oil in our boat...so.. highly recommend this place. They careful, tenacious and really want the best outcome for their customers!!
