He never even mentioned the brain injury during the settlement process, even though I kept asking about it. All he wanted to do, in my opinion, was settle fast, regardless of the cost to my health. I still get calls from creditors, hospitals, physical therapists who never got paid out of the so called settlement. If you want an attorney who doesn't respond to your phone calls or emails and has no ability to fight for you, these might be your guys, but I wish you well if you hire them. There were some unexpected charges at the very end (September 2019) added on to the flat % rate, which were stated as additional charges (over $2,000) from March 2019, 6 months prior to the final invoice. I had done some additional business with the firm prior to the probate work which was invoiced promptly and paid so this final, 6 month late invoice was VERY unexpected. While the work she was invoicing for was necessary to complete the probate, it was never discussed that it was "additional work" and would be a separate and additional charge. I hate "unexpected" expenses and shared my feelings with Claudine. I do not find that the invoicing matter was resolved appropriately or fairly. Bottom line: I highly recommend her work and knowledge, (thus the four stars) but I'd really make sure that all invoicing is discussed prior and ask that it be done in a timely fashion. I'm guessing it "could" have been careless and untimely administration support. It only cost you one star, and me $2,000! You win! Again, proving you are a great law firm!

He did not believe anything that I told him. I went without a workers compensation doctor for 8 months.He had no sympathy for me and my pain, he was just interested in getting paid. He did not try to get me reimbursed for my out of pocket expenses. He also tricked me into signing the settlement agreement. He was not aware of the 132a, that I had filed. Mr. Shawn Gleason had no interest in me as a injured worker, he was just trying to get paid easy money. I told Mr. Gleason that he was the most untrustworthy person that I have ever met.
