Workers comp case and injury accident…read more Finding the right lawyer can be a stressful process. You are either finding one because something has already gone wrong and you need the guidance and assistance to direct you through the storm or you know the world is complicated and you are looking for someone to trust, to help you with future worries. For my wife, it was the first scenario. After being involved in a car accident while working, my wife and I started our search and were directed to this amazing firm. Mr Stewart and Mr Niermeyer have done an amazing job. Through the pandemic, they maintained contact and answered our questions. They worked diligently and were always friendly. Now that the case is almost complete, we can see the results of their efforts. We can't say enough about how great they have been. Although we hope to never have to go through this again, they would be my first call in the future Thank you again for everything you've done.

I've known Gary Nelson for almost 30 years. He has represented me in my divorce, a bankruptcy, a…read moreWorkers' Comp case, AND a personal injury lawsuit (against the County, no less). He also represented my husband in a Workers' Comp case. Gary not only got my divorce done in no time (back when he was doing divorces), he resolved my personal injury suit to my satisfaction, and he settled my Workers' Comp case. Just before some statute ran out, he followed up with me to make sure I was still doing OK. I wasn't, and he got things rolling again to make sure I got satisfactory treatment for my injury. I have found Gary to be professional in all of his dealings, and have never felt his staff to be anything less than courteous, professional, and very thorough. I have recommended Gary to several people over the years, and would not hesitate to do so again!

The assistant did a good job of updating me the entire time. She always got back to me if she didn't have the answer right away. It was frustrating at first because I was being denied benefits. But the attorney fought hard against those assholes. And the case ended well in my favor after a hard fight. I recommend this law firm to anyone needing a good workers comp attorney.
