Way before Kelly took over. My father passed away and the house flooded. Allstate was wrong and more importantly so was this office in that Kelly did not even call back or offer condolences. My father had an ongoing relationship with Kelley and his staff - so did I. A good relationship. But once this claim came in - Kelly did not return my calls and did not even call or email to offer condolences. It's been 2 years. Customer service is most important when things go wrong - especially if you are a such a long time customer.
