They deleted my review on Google!!! Wonder how many other reviews have they deleted…read more We sent our car in for change of rego and a service at the same time. This big guy at the front was initially very nice and friendly. When we picked up our car, the sunroof was half opened and the sunroof veil was fully retracted and jammed. We are very certain that we had them closed before sending our car in. We went back in straight away and talked to them. They said it is not their problem and referred us back to the car dealer?! So not only are they denying responsibility, the big guy suddenly turned angry and nasty against us, which was uncalled-for. My wife was so upset by his treatment. So if you want to send your car in for a service with this guys, pray that nothing else will go wrong, otherwise they will just refer you back to your dealer, or worse still to have that big guy destroy your day. What an unpleasant experience!! About 1 week after that, our car started flashing and beeping. It was warning us that the oil pressure is low. How can that happen 1 week after you have serviced your car? We didn't go back this time, for obvious reason. Now, Jaws automotive, please DO NOT delete my review. You actually serviced my Audi Q5 at the end of last year.
