Worst repairer I have ever dealt with. When somebody drove into my car, my insurer sent me to Autoco. A horrendous experience started... They promised me my car back in 2 weeks, in the end it took nearly 4 months! They kept on misinforming me, every week when I called they said ''just a few more days''... Also, it went in for damage to the numberplate cover, the wheel and some cosmetic damage. They managed to do something to the battery and keys and had to sent my keys in to Melbourne for recoding. They could not explain to me how a car goes in for cosmetic damage and ends up with electrical issues.... Furthermore, they put a different color grill in without even consulting me! Then, after finally getting my car back, the nightmare still was not over. I had to come back twice! Firstly they wrongly realigned the wheel, it was rather crooked. Also, it turned out they simply forgot (?!) to replace the broken number plate cover; they gave it back to me with the pink marking stripes for damage still on it! They took measurements, ordered in a new one, and it turns out they ordered in the complete wrong model. When I asked what they could do for me to compensate me for all the lost time, fuel and just outrageous treatment, they kept on claiming they did nothing wrong. I even said all I want is a simple apology and a solution, but they treated me extremely rudely. I figured I had been patient enough, called my insurer and requested a transfer to a different repairer. My insurance company agreed this was outrageous.... Never again, Autoco! read more
