    I've used Helping Restore Ability for 9 years for my FMSA. We've had a couple of problems within…read morethat time but nothing serious. But since Electronic Visit Verification began, Helping Restore Ability has imploded. They don't respond to emails, voicemails or answer the phone. Attendants don't get paid on time and they don't help resolve the issue. We decided to change our FMSA and they turned off our Vesta authorization before the official paperwork was started. Terrible service and NO customer service.

We are currently in the process of changing our FMSA provider and Sandra insisted it was not her responsibility to assist in the transfer, once shown the guidelines saying it was, she still refused to admit responsibility. We have been hung up on, lied to, and told, "You sure know all the right words to say", when trying to get problems solved. Phone calls go unanswered and unreturned and they will say they never got them. When shown or given proof calls were made, they will get extremely angry and rude. Use anyone else but this company. They are highly unprofessional and will do whatever they can to move responsibility off themselves. Truth is, no one knows what their job is and will refuse to admit any kind of accountability I have more stories to add to later, but DO NOT use this company for any of your needs

    If you want to watch your loved one die a slow death admit them here! Dirty, smelly,…read moreunorganized,... staff goes through the steps ...bringing food trays, water, etc, but out of reach of amputee residents. Bed sores apparently are encouraged here. Two weeks is all it takes to watch your loved one decline from social, mobile, pristine skin, to non responsive full of bed sores, matted hair, with no communication to family, next of kin. Clothes stolen within first week. DIRTY! SMELLY! Things horror shows are made of. If I allowed this to occur to a person in my home, It would be elder abuse, with charges levied and jail time!

    To Justin Chris and Jim Please know that yall should really…read morego and see what's going on at Greenbrier You definitely need a better administrator that has more experience tge quality of care needs improvement the office experience is not good and you really need to look into why we can't keep residents and why money keeps missing and why nursing staff and management don't stay long it's because of the administrator My claims from Corporate HR was found to not be true but I would never go back and work for this company employees are yelled at and mistreated nursing staff are mistreated and the residents need better care and Renetta is there helping but there has been no change in nursing at all Angela is awesome. I really loved the residents and I was a great dietary Manager and Gilbert is amazing! Kiara needs more training on how to talk to her management team this is why the turn over is so bad. I tried to get along with her but she's never satisfied with her managers. Nursing care really needs to be looked into Ariel Sanders is one of them he mistreated and he's always in the no interaction he only gets up when the social complains. This company needs to be aware on what's really really going on look at your numbers this is why this building will never ever get to 57. Sometimes a people change will make a huge difference with summit and at Greenbrier. Thankyou for listening and I thought yall should know the real truth.
